Responce to Juliana - Destiny
I agree that staff may have answered based on their own frustrations. I am guilty of answering a few based on how the exhibits frustrate me since I do not always observe guest interactions at exhibits like mag lev and X-rays. When reading the first floor survey answers I noticed that the sound machine is extremely noisy. I personally think this is the spark's opinion. The best way to figure out the frustrations of guests is to assess them after their experience at an exhibit. This should not be done too often because our evaluation may become the frustration.
Along with these assessments, I agree that we should take the time to implement more intense observations because we could always improve our guest's experience based on how they interact with the current exhibits.
